Talk about planning...

My cousin-in-law once told us, 'You can plan as much as you want, but nobody else can plan better than God'.

And time after time, things happening around us sound that very statement true.

Japan has met its worse crisis ever, this year, with the 9.0 magnitude earth quake and its countless tsunamis. And we thought the New Zealand, Christ Church, earth quake was bad... or the Australian flood...

And on a micro-scale of things, how often have we been faced with situations when plans of ours just don't go right, and some things happen which make our plans go awry?

It definitely is heart wrenching, just sitting in front of the TV or the computer, watching and reading the disasters that are happening everywhere around us, thinking about the loss of lives, the misery, agony and pain that so many others out there are going through. The sense of helplessness that overwhelms one is inexplicable.

There is really nothing that anyone can do to help or prevent such scale of events from happening. 10m high tsunami? Who's gonna be able to stop that?

Therefore, faith can only strengthen... and the belief that there is a reason why He above allows such events to happen. Only He knows why and we can only trust in Him...
