Creaking Joints!


Check this out... Sigh.. *drools at her bod*...

Anyway, we finally started our weekly office jogs yesterday after 6 months of hiatus!

I could feel that I'm so badly out of shape that 3 minutes into the jog, I could feel my entire body weighing me down, muscles tightening... Argh!

BUT, it still feels good that we are starting to do something about it again. BUT once a week jogging is definitely insufficient. Will have to see how I can increase the frequency of the exercising!
